Riyadh – Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced the expiry of its agreement with with Emirates Telecommunications Group Company (Etisalat Group) on 23 December; both parties agreed on the non-renewal.

Mobily and Etisalat Group are currently working on developing a service and technical support agreement, which will take into consideration Mobily requirements for the coming period given the scale of operation and the customer base, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The company added that upon finalising the agreement, it will announce the details, along with any material financial impact that might arise.
